The Downtown Parking Commission is established to oversee the development and implementation of the Downtown Parking Plan. This includes planning for long-range parking lot improvements and day-to-day regulation of public parking spaces.


The Downtown Parking Commission is organized per Resolution No. 92-249 and amended per Resolution No. 2008-36 and 2009-95.  The Commission consists of seven members; one member shall be a Council representative (voting member) and six members shall be either downtown business or property owners or residents of the City. Members serve three year terms with no member serving more than three consecutive terms.
